Owen grew up in Birmingham, inside Jamaican culture.

Owen Gregory is the son of Jamaican immigrants. He grew up in Birmingham surrounded by the food, music, and warmth of Jamaican culture. The kitchen was always the centre of the house.

He learned to cook from his mother. By the time he was ten years old, he was already standing at the stove beside her, learning how to balance spice, heat, and patience. Cooking Jamaican food has been his love ever since.

That same cooking now travels to homes and villas across Portugal's Silver Coast. Owen hosts a handful of private dining evenings a month, bringing the food, the hospitality and the culture of Jamaica to your table.
